Hello! I'm Ornella
I was born in Argentina, and in 2012 I took a big leap and moved to New Zealand on a Working Holiday visa. This country captivated me so much that I decided to make it my permanent home. It was in Tauranga that I began working in my professional field, training in accounting and business, and connecting with Latin entrepreneurs.
In Argentina, I studied for a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires, but my early years in New Zealand weren’t dedicated to my professional career, as I lived in a small town where there were only jobs in the farming and tourism industry. However, in 2019, my partner and I decided to move to Tauranga in search of new job opportunities and a more comfortable life in a larger city.
It was in Tauranga that I began working in my professional field, training in accounting and business, and connecting with Latin entrepreneurs. That’s when I began helping my friends who were starting their own businesses in New Zealand, without realizing this would be the beginning of something much bigger. As my friends recommended me to others, I found myself helping more than 10 companies.
When my son Felipe was born and I went on maternity leave, I realized I didn’t want to return to my corporate job. I wanted to pursue something I was truly passionate about. So, in February 2023, I made the life-changing decision to resign and follow the path I had always dreamed of: building my own business.
